The Science Faculty mourns the loss of Professor Bongani Mayosi.  He was a kind, inspiring man and a brilliant scholar who made seminal contributions to the study of heart disease.  His passion for research and his commitment to the University will never be forgotten. 

UCT will be honouring and celebrating Professor Bongani Mayosi's life and mourning his tragic death this afternoon - Thursday 2nd August 2018, from 15h30 in the Memorial Hall.
