Research and Interests

Sanjo has an interest in applied conservation biology and animal behaviour. She is a past student and staff member of the FitzPatrick Institute. She has worked for a variety of NGOs, including BirdLife South Africa, HawkWatch International and the Cape Parrot Project. She currently works as a consulting conservation biologist skilled in biodiversity assessment, data analysis, and scientific communication. She is one of the editors on the Birds of the World Roberts 8 project.
