Gonzalo joined the University of Cape Town in 1995 as a technical officer. He manages the desktop and networked computing services as well as the infrastructure and physical environment for both the staff and students of the FitzPatrick Institute and the HW Pearson Building. Gonzalo is responsible for the infrastructure of the plant propagation facilities in the HW Pearson Building.
