Graeme Cumming awarded Southern African Association for the Advancement of Science (S2A3) British Association Medal (Silver) for 2013

Congratulations to Prof. Graeme Cumming on the award of a S2A3 Birtish Association Medal (Silver) for 2013.
This medal is awarded annually on the following grounds:
'The British Association Medal is awarded to a person under the age of 40 years who is actively engaged in scientific research and who has proved evidence by way of publications, discoveries and/or skills of outstanding capability and achievement, especially when measured by international standards. The medal shall be struck in sterling silver and must enjoy the status of one of the highest awards for original scientific research in South Africa.'
