Traveling to Port Alfred
The closest airport is Port Elizabeth (P.E.). Participants are encouraged to fly to P.E.; a shuttle bus will be arranged to transport participants to Port Alfred on 23/24 October and back to the airport on 4/5 November.

Accommodation
A block booking has been made at the Halyards Hotel. For South African based students the accommodation will be paid for by an SKA-SA HCD fund. Double rooms will be available for South African based students, so please state on the registration form if there is a specific participant (e.g., from your university) with whom you prefer to share with.
A limited amount of accommodation subsidies are available for non-South African based student participants. Please indicate if you would like to be considered for this on the registration form.
