My research interests focus on Biostatistics . My research activities originate from my collaboration with the Health Sciences. I have experience in the analysis of data form research into infectious disease, with specific focus on HIV, TB and malaria. This has included the analysis of multiple immune markers for infectious diseases and the analysis of multiple responses from brain imaging studies. Methodological areas of interest include longitudinal data analysis, multivariate modelling, nonlinear mixed effect modelling, causal modelling in observation studies, simulation models for infectious diseases, joint modelling, competing risks and growth curve modelling.
