A new article written by Dr Tsilavo Razafimanantsoa and Dr Estelle Razanatsoa was recently published in the Plants, People, Planet Journal.

The Plant Conservation Unit is pleased to announce an exciting book chapter written by Dr Kelly Kirsten, Dr Cherie Forbes, J. M. Finch and Professor Lindsey Gillson.

PCU Director Professor Timm Hoffman held a special seminar at Chris Hani Lecture Theatre, UCT upper campus titled “A window to what was”: Long-term environmental change in southern Africa.

The PCU ended 2023 on a high note as Professor Timm Hoffman’s journey of 23 years came to an end.

PCU paleoecology members Dr. Estelle Razanatsoa, Prof. Lindsey Gillson, Ms. Glory Oden and Mr. Fetra Randriantsara attended the INQUA congress in Rome, Italy.
