Research Interest Professor Granger is an internationally renowned expert in nitrogen biogeochemistry, focusing primarily on nitrogen cycling in marine systems. She leads research on oceanic nutrient and oxygen cycling around the world with international collaborators. She teaches a research-based and community-engaged course that serves as a capstone to their undergraduate program and is actively involved in service at the University of Connecticut and Granger Lab.
