Teaching and research interests:
Links between topology and lattice theory and their role in categorical topology. In particular, uniform structures on lattices and their relation to uniform spaces are of interest. Constructive aspects of the above theories are also under investigation. The above considerations all form part of a broad interest in `point-free' topology.Teaching: Logic, Topology, Discrete Mathematics. Alternative methods in Mathematics Education. Mathematical needs of undergraduates who intend to become secondary-level mathematics teachers.
