Nicole Richardson wins SAWiSA 2023 Fellowship Award

We are delighted to announce that one of our postgraduate students, Nicole Richardson, is one of the recipients of the DSI-Ndoni Mcunu Doctoral Fellowship presented at the 2023 South African Women in Science Awards (SAWiSA). Nicole was nominated as a finalist for this award earlier, as we reported in this article. The DSI-Ndoni Mcunu Fellowship Award recognises the research work of registered Masters and Doctoral students and encourages and rewards young women who are starting their careers in research. Nicole received her award at a ceremony held at the Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani hotel in Durban last Friday.
