Nicole Richardson nominated as finalist for SAWiSA 2023

The Chemistry Department is pleased to announce that Nicole Richardson has been nominated as a finalist for the 2023 South African Women in Science Awards (SAWiSA).  The ceremony will take place in Durban in early September.

Nicole is a PhD student under the supervision of Associate Professor Neil Ravenscroft (Chemistry) and Professor Michelle Kuttel (Computer Science), and has been conducting research on molecular modeling studies of carbohydrate vaccine antigens to inform the future of vaccine design.
