Project title: Moddeling of Chikungunya using machine learning techniques

Project description: Chikungunya is a mosquito borne disease which has spread throughout the world and can cause severe debilitating symptoms. The aim of my thesis is to use machine learning techniques to more accurately model Chikungunya epidemic timings and size, to better inform and give sufficient time for preparations.
