Thesis title: Water Balance of the Paardvlei Wetland
Research interests: Isotopic analysis

The Paardevlei wetland in Somerset West has recently been investigated. Results seem to show this wetland has no groundwater connection and only sustained by rainfall and evaporation. Further investigation using different chemical and isotopic tracers may allow us to understand the system better.
