Thesis title: Premier kimberlite cluster megacrysts: constrains on kimberlite melt evolution in Bushveld-modified lithosphere

Research interests: economic geology, geochemistry, kimberlites, olivine

The aim of this project is to describe and model the petrogenetic evolution of the Premier and Schuller kimberlite megacryst suites and their parental kimberlite magmas using both existing and new major and trace element data. This will be compared with existing data from southern African and global kimberlite megacryst suites.
