Dr. Nabanita Chatterjee joined Dr. Clive Oliver's group as a NRF Post Doctoral fellow in 2016 after completing her doctoral studies from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. She went to university of Bath, UK as a visiting Rutherford fellow in a collaborative project with Prof. Janet Scott in 2018. After coming back from there she joined in the department as a visiting fellow for a year followed by another NRF post-doctoral position with Dr. Clive Oliver in 2020. Her current reserach area involves the synthesis and study of large supramolecular assemblies including varieties of metal-organic frameworks to improve the gas uptake capacity of these materials. Outside the lab, she enjoys cooking good food with perfect musical background, travelling, adventures with friends and family.
